Our Story

Brusselos Ltd began as an evolution of previous ideas inlcuding afrospace ltd, MGrills, Mroasts among others. Brusselos was envisioned by a young professional with an infectious personality and exceptional culinary skills. With a passion for good food and healthy living, our founder turned that idea into a values-driven company focused on providing meals that not only taste amazing but also promote longevity and well-being.

Owned and managed by a dedicated entrepreneur, Brusselos is the brainchild of a hardworking individual with an early track record in the business world with multiple proviously developed brand and ventures recently earning a recognition by reaching the UK National Finals of the 2024 Great British Entrepreneur Awards—an achievement that reflects the drive and commitment at the heart of Founder.

Brusselos recently received a food hygiene rating of 5 by our local council, we’ve proven that even as an individually-run start-up, excellence and safety are always at the forefront.

Our strong ethical grounding sets us apart, reflected in our diligently managed food safety system and our passion for doing the right thing—both behind and outside closed doors. Every step of our food production is carefully monitored, with strict controls in place to ensure that the safety of our customers is never compromised.

Brusselos is founded and managed by Eme Effiom, a passionate entrepreneur and certified food safety professional with a Level 3 Food Safety Certification. Eme is also a trained HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) professional, bringing industry-leading expertise to every aspect of our business. We don’t just aim for consistency; we aim for excellence in both the food we serve and the way we serve it.
